EDUCATORS RISING ARIZONA CHAPTER AWARDS

 

Based on the addition of a CTSO for an approvable CTE program, each Educators Rising chapter is required to reach the Bronze Chapter Award. This program is designed to provide recognition for our chapters while ensuring that our membership is strong and active.

 

DUE: All required documentation and information on the Cognito Form need to be provided.

 

SUBMISSION: Application must be submitted before or on March 3, 2023

CHAPTER AWARDS APPLICATION

 

Bronze Chapter (required for all chapters)

1. Chapter Bylaws

2. Membership Roster

3. Program of Work

4. Statement of Assurance

**Submitted to the State Office.

Bronze Level Chapters will receive an official certificate at the State Leadership Conference.

 

Silver Chapter (Bronze Level plus the activities below)

1. Opportunity to participate in at least one leadership conference/development

2. Interact with a Business and Industry Professional guest speaker in classroom

3. Conduct at least one Educators Rising PR event (school board, civic group, local or campus event)

4. Conduct a Chapter Community Service Project

Silver Level Chapters will receive an official certificate at the State Leadership Conference, an award and their Chapter name on our website.

 

Gold Chapter (Silver Level plus the activities below)

1. Attend at least one Educators Rising Arizona event (name the events and date)

2. Officer Team creates a Chapter Budget (upload budget in PDF format)

3. Visit a Post-Secondary Campus

4. 10% of members achieve a Student Achievement Award

Gold Level Chapters will receive an official certificate at the State Leadership Conference, an award, a school banner and their Chapter name on our website.

 

Platinum Chapter (Gold Level plus the activities below)

1. Collaborate with two different Chapters or CTSO’s, can be at your District (pen pals, icebreaker, plan an event, etc.)

2. 25% of members achieve a Student Achievement Award

3. One  Ambassador Application

4. Attend/Participate in Officer Leadership Training (local, CTED, or State Leadership camp)

Platinum Level Chapters will receive an official certificate at the State Leadership Conference, a platinum banner, reserved seating at the State Leadership Awards Session and their Chapter name on our website.
