Late registrations after February 26, 2021 will be accepted for a late fee of $50 per chapter
until March 5, 2021
No registrations, changes to registrations, substitutions or cancellations will be accepted
after March 5, 2021.
*This permission slip must be completed before attending the SLC. Rising educators who are participating in a competitive event at SLC should have this formed signed and return to their teacher leaders. If your student wins, this form may be asked for.
*The SLC Registration Sheet must be completed and uploaded with your registration form.
*A student can compete in TWO (2) competitive events total.
A chapter can have no more than THREE (3) entries per event.
The top FIVE (5) places in each event will qualify to compete at Nationals.
Only TWO (2) members from a chapter can advance to Nationals in the same event.
